New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year Readers!!

How did you celebrate 2012? 

I have a list, (yes a list!) of New Years Resolutions that I am going to share with you.  Of course you have to hold me to these and if you ever read I am doing something I shouldn't, I give you permission to be like a Boot Camp Instructor and tell me to STOP!

  • Stop eating junk food (chips, chocolate) I can still eat a little bit of it but not as much as in the past
  • Stop eating at McDonalds! I am seriously in need of an intervention! I have GOT to stop eating there
  • Save money. At least 500 per month
  • Stop buying things I don't love! Now all I have it a cluttered closet and empty wallet.
  • Do Yoga every other day
  • Run twice a week
  • Blog at least 3 times a week
  • Meditate twice per week for 30 minutes! Better mind :)
  • Drink more water
  • Eat more fruit
  • Buy less shoes. I know this sounds impossible but I have been buying things from Aldo and Call it Spring and then I never wear them...they might be cheap shoes but its still a waste of money and I always end up wanting a designer pair after I spend money on a cheaper pair...then I have no funds to buy them!! I can only buy the designer shoes I LOVE and the cheaper shoes I LOVE. 2012 is all about LOVE people!
  • Read a novel per week.
  • Stop watching so much television. It might be cold outside, but I should go play in the snow or something.
  • Take better care of myself
  • Plan a trip to somewhere I have never been
  • Love more, Laugh more, Live more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
