I only recently discovered the wonders of Blogilates.
My exercise routine has been lacking over the winter months, there's just something so not appealing to working out when it's freezing cold outside and there's snow on the ground...
I discovered Blogilates earlier in 2013 and started to do random work-outs that Cassey had posted on her YouTube channel. I started to feel AMAZING!
This month (June 2013) is going to be the start of a new me. I plan to follow the June 2013 calendar posted by Cassey religiously every.single.day!
I just finished Day 1... and I feel AMAZING!
At the end of June, I will be posting my update on how the calendar/blogilates went! I'm SO excited!
