My boyfriend and I have been doing a Rocky Marathon. This inspired him to hit the gym hard and for me to secretly look up women's boxing classes in town.
I'm not one to "go to the gym". I find it insanely monotonous. I'd rather dance, do yoga, take a spin class or in this case - take up female boxing.
If Summer Roberts can do it, so can I!
I found some great classes (and inexpensive!) three days a week. Camilla Belle even posted about taking a boxing class. I think it's the new black!
What kind of exercise classes do you take? Would you recommend female boxing?
